FOUR

Henley has mastered the roll and is on the move all day! She loves her daddy and gets so excited when he comes home from work. She is also becoming quite the chatterbox & likes experimenting with high pitch screeches! Henley also experienced her first Christmas and New Years in month four. She brightens every single day with her smile, laughs, and little dimples!

EAT

Henley has upped her milk intake by a couple ounces this past month! She has been a growing machine! We were also very blessed by a friend that donated some extra breastmilk for Henley, since I stopped breastfeeding Henley has been solely on formula (which has been working out just fine, but our friend offered and we thought it would be great to have some extra nutrients for Henley). She now drinks 1/2 formula 1/2 breastmilk! She gets excited every time she sees her bottle and is starting to put her hands up to hold her bottle!

PLAY

Henley is starting to roll around, reach & grab her toes, and gets super excited when given a toy! She easily grasps new things and puts them directly into her mouth! I love when she stops and stares at her hands. Her curiosity about everything around her is so fun to watch as she learns and grows each day!

SLEEP

Oh goodness! Henley given us a run for our money! She entered the four month regression without hesitation! This girl was sleeping full nights and decided it just wasn’t for her anymore! She reverted to waking up every 2-3 hours and chugging 2-5 ounces a milk at almost every wake period. Luke and I were walking zombies! She was also continuing her habits of cat naps, so this momma never seemed like she was getting any sleep.
